Tenderloin is lean and quick cooking, making it a great choice for kebabs and stir-fries, while loin is typically tied and roasted with herbs and vegetables. You can choose regular meat packaging or vacuum pack - individually portioned (great for freezing and storing individual pieces of meat). Individually vacuum pack can take up to 48 hours to pack and deliver.
